During the three last 3 quarters in 2022 and 2023, the fasteners inputs and outputs through the Brazilian harbors have showing a fall, but moderate.

Export: During the Q1 to Q3 2023, the export of fasteners “Made in Brazil” resulted on US$ 131,57 million vs. US 135,77 at same period 2022, so, a fall of 3.09%; on volumes, were 23,111.26 tons vs. 29,373.09, fall of 21.31%. Respectively, the FOB price per kg on US$ 5.59 vs. US$ 4.62.

Import: Following the same parameters, the fasteners input in Brazil resulted on US$ 751,23 million vs. US 799,09 at same period 2022, with 5.99%; with 

143,032.1 tons vs. 156,581.6, fall of 8.65%. The FOB price per kg was US$ 5.25 vs. US$ 5.1.
