Next generation of concrete screws for higher load-bearing capacity

EJOT concrete screw JC2 Plus with optimized thread geometry

With the JC2 Plus, the established concrete screw JC2 got an even more powerful successor. The load-bearing capacity values in cracked and non-cracked concrete have been significantly increased compared to the predecessor. Due to an optimized tip geometry, the new JC2 Plus is still easy to install. With the newly launched size 14 mm, the portfolio has been expanded at the same time.

Established all-rounder Concrete screws are known as all-rounders

They are installed directly through the attachment in the base material. By doing so, the thread cuts into the concrete, creating a mechanical interlock within the total embedment depth. During installation, there are almost no expansion forces, which is beneficial for temporary fixings close to the edge. Another advantage: Concrete screws are removable.

Flexibility in applications

The new European Technical Assessment (ETA) 21/0020 covers two anchorage depths, offering the concrete screw JC2 Plus more flexibility in demanding applications.
